Referral Guide

Christy L. Foos-Farrow, LSCSW, LCAC, provides forensic-informed, compliance-based mental health and substance use evaluations for attorneys representing clients in criminal, family, child-welfare, and employment-related matters.

All services are delivered by a licensed LSCSW and LCAC using DSM-5, ASAM Criteria, and evidence-based clinical tools to support clear, defensible, and court-ready documentation.

Attorneys refer cases when a client needs:

• A substance use or DUI evaluation
   
• A mental health or behavioral health assessment
   
• A risk or safety evaluation
   
• Treatment placement or compliance monitoring
   
• Documentation for court, probation, or employer review
   

To begin a referral, please provide:

1. Type of case (criminal, family, child-welfare, DOT, or compliance)
    
2. Scope needed (evaluation only or evaluation with written report)
    
3. Timeline (standard or expedited)
    

Once this information is received, scheduling and fee estimates are provided promptly.
